Fully digital, in addition to unlimited prints & creating Animated GIFs, guests can immediately upload their photos to Facebook, Instagram or receive their photos via a text message or email.
What would a photo booth be without props? Well, we have you covered there also - fun props from hats to signs to scarves. We'll even bring props to match the theme of your event.
Every event is supported by an attendant to make sure your guests have a fun, first-class, photo experience.

Our Story

Outdoor Movies, Family Business, Boston Backyard Movies

Press Play Outdoors is a Family Owned & Operated business (not a franchise!). PPO was born initially in 2011 as Boston Backyard Movies when Paul, who is notorious for always having a new gadget, came home with a cool backyard movie screen to entertain our then 3 year old daughter. From there, we have grown our business one client at a time on the backs of Paul's IT & Kathy's entrepreneurial backgrounds. Running PPO, BBM & our latest addition, Bright Booth Photo is now Kathy's full time job, supporting our family with clients from Portland, ME and Sunapee, NH to Southern RI & of course all over the Greater Boston.

Our kids love outdoor movies as much as we do!

We all look forward to the thrill of laying on the beach, in a park, or in our backyard, staring up at the stars & watching our favorite movie with friends.

Kataram Studios

The company consists of husband-and-wife team Aram and Kateryna, who are both graduates of the New England School of Photography. The photographers use a traditional photojournalistic photography style to capture life as it happens.
